Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of FORTNI Craft Studio and its Facebook Page Health Center. By using the service or connecting Facebook, you confirm that you are authorized to manage the connected Pages and agree to these Terms.

Permitted use

You may use the service for lawful, authorized, read-only analysis of Pages you own or manage. You remain responsible for your Meta account, Page permissions, content and compliance with Meta Platform Terms and applicable law.

Prohibited use

  • Connecting a Facebook account or Page without authorization.
  • Attempting to bypass access controls, rate limits, signatures or security protections.
  • Using the service to scrape Facebook, obtain passwords, send messages, alter Page settings, or publish, edit or delete Facebook content.
  • Uploading malicious code, interfering with the service, or using collected information to harm, discriminate against or unlawfully profile a person.

Facebook and third-party services

Facebook and Meta products are provided by Meta and are governed by Meta’s own terms and policies. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta. Availability may change when Meta changes its APIs, permissions, review status or rate limits.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of content and information you provide. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the requested features. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Data deletion is described at User Data Deletion.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, suspend or discontinue features to preserve security, comply with law or respond to platform changes. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular business result.

Disclaimer and liability

Reports are informational and may be delayed, incomplete or affected by Meta API availability. You should verify important decisions against official Page data. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect Facebook at any time. We may restrict access for abuse, unauthorized activity, security risk or violation of these Terms. Provisions concerning privacy, ownership, disclaimers and liability survive termination where applicable.
