This Privacy Policy explains how FORTNI Craft Studio ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores, protects and deletes information when you use this website or connect the Facebook Page Health Center application.

Information we collect

  • Website account information you submit, such as name, email address and encrypted authentication data.
  • Messages, comments, privacy requests and content you voluntarily submit.
  • Security and technical records such as time, browser information, rate-limit events and pseudonymized IP hashes.
  • When you connect Facebook: Facebook user ID and name; Page IDs, Page names, Page categories and Page access tokens; granted permissions and token expiry; publicly available Page profile information; Page posts and read-only Page insights made available through the permissions you approve.
  • Derived diagnostics, including reach or engagement trends, missing profile information, scan history, issue classifications and rate-limit status.

Facebook permissions and purpose

The application requests only pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement and read_insights. These permissions are used to list Pages you manage, read Page information and content, and display Page performance diagnostics. The application does not publish, edit or delete Facebook posts; send messages; manage comments; change Page settings; scrape Facebook; or request your Facebook password.

How we use information

  • Provide the requested website and Facebook Page diagnostic features.
  • Authenticate connections, keep tokens secure and detect expired or revoked access.
  • Produce reports requested by an authorized administrator.
  • Prevent abuse, investigate errors and maintain service security.
  • Meet legal obligations and respond to verified privacy requests.

Legal basis and sharing

We process connected Facebook data at your request and with your authorization. We do not sell personal information. Data is disclosed only to hosting and infrastructure providers required to operate the service, to Meta when using Meta Platform services, when you direct us to disclose it, or when legally required. We do not use Facebook data for advertising profiles.

Storage and security

Facebook and Page access tokens and the Meta App Secret are encrypted at rest. Secrets and tokens are redacted from application logs. Administrative access is permission controlled and protected by session, CSRF and audit controls. Internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed to be completely risk-free, but reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are applied.

Retention

Access tokens are retained only while the Facebook connection is active or until expiry/revocation. Disconnecting clears stored user and Page tokens. Diagnostic records are retained while the connection is used, until an administrator permanently deletes the connected account data, or until a verified Meta data-deletion request is completed. Security records may be retained for the period reasonably necessary to investigate abuse and meet legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You may disconnect Facebook from the Connections screen, remove the application in Facebook settings, request access or erasure at User Data Deletion, or use the verified request form at Privacy Request. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict, object to, port or complain about processing.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
