User Data Deletion

You can request deletion of information received through Facebook in any of the following ways.

Option 1 — Remove the app in Facebook

  1. Open Facebook Settings & privacy, then Settings.
  2. Open Apps and Websites.
  3. Select the FORTNI Craft Studio / Facebook Page Health Center application.
  4. Choose Remove and confirm.

When Meta sends its signed deletion request to our callback, the connected Facebook account record, encrypted access token, Page tokens, associated Pages, scan queue, metrics, issues and scan history are deleted. A confirmation code and status URL are returned to Meta.

Option 2 — Delete from the application

  1. Sign in to the website administration panel.
  2. Open Facebook Sağlık → Bağlantılar.
  3. Use Bağlantıyı kaldır to revoke the local connection and clear tokens.
  4. Use the separate Bütün verileri kalıcı sil screen and its second confirmation to erase stored reports as well.

Option 3 — Verified manual request

Use the verified privacy request form and select Erase my data. A verification link is sent to the submitted email address. If you cannot use that form, contact privacy@fortnitetr.com and provide enough information to locate and verify your connection. Never send a Facebook password or access token.

What is deleted

Facebook user identifiers and name stored for the connection; encrypted user and Page access tokens; connected Page identifiers and metadata; fetched read-only posts and insights; diagnostic issues, metrics, queue entries and scan history linked to the account.

What may be retained

A non-reversible user identifier hash, confirmation code, completion time and minimal security/audit record may be retained to prove that the request was completed, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. This record does not contain an access token or the deleted Facebook data.

Status

If Meta supplied you with a confirmation code, open https://fortnitetr.com/data-deletion/status?code=YOUR_CODE. Automated requests are normally completed immediately. Verified manual requests are processed after identity and authority checks.
